A journal can be SO helpful!
I'm on journal SIX already! This morning after my workout I re-read some of my first journal. What an eye-opener! It's interesting to find out where your head was at the time you wrote the entries! What things do you include in YOUR journal? I not only record my stats, but I also write down how I am feeling at the time. I include my successes for that day that aren't always measured by a scale. It's good.
I'm 55, so I have an idea of some of the challenges that come about with age. There's always hope for tomorrow, though, no matter what! You can do this, and we will be right there along with you!
