Weekly Weigh In: Feb 4th - Feb 11th.

  • Hope this is a good weight loss week for all of us!
  • hmm it's the end of the week and no one posted!? does that mean there isn't interest or does it mean that everyones had a bad week.

    Well I thought I would give it a bumb and report that I've lost 3 pounds.
  • No loss this week. Considering that I had my period and am still super bloated, this is fine.
  • Congrats on the weight loss remember. You're doing great!!

    I gained a pound this week, but...I binged a bit and I couldn't work out..so...It's no biggie. I will lose it again. I need to get contol of my binging again though. I am doing it too often..
  • I'm down 2 lbs! Now I need to keep it up, cuz I got a ways to go!
  • I'm steady at 151, which is fine by me, seeing as how I couldn't work out & the drug reps at work brought us Mexican food for lunch.. tortilla chips are the ONE thing I just cannot stay away from
  • i'm down 0.7kg (1.5lb) this week. Totally happy with that

    For the record, I weigh on Sunday so only just yesterday.

    So I am down 2.6 pounds this week... it would have been more (I gained since earlier in the week), buuuuuut seeing as I *kinda* have a boyfriend now (Cheesecake Factory date guy), the junk food is unavoidable-- I told him a few nights ago that I love Reese's Peanut Butter cups, they are my one weakness, and so last night when I was so stressed out from my schoolwork he brought me a bunch of Reeses and gave me a back massage. Let me just say that the way to MY heart is through Reeses PB Cups!

    Anyway, I'm happy with the 2.6... things are certainly headed in the right direction!

    And also, like Daisy, I weigh in Monday mornings, so I won't post on these threads until then.
