    Goal weight: 205.0
    Current weight: 209.8 !!!!!!!!!!!!! (I am rounding up to 210) How amazing is that? 2.6 lbs gone!!! YIPPEE

    So far so good - keep on sailing! I am very pleased with my week 1 result and hope to continue the downward trend - I am going out for lunch today which might be a challenge - but the plan will be to have a lighter dinner and exercise tonight!

    Congrats to you Sandra - excellent loss! How is everyone else doing?

  • I was the same this week -- 141. I'll bet my loss shows up tomorrow because that's what happened last week. DARN IT!

    Good morning ladies,First I want to say congratulations to all that had a loss or maintained. Second,I am sooo pleased to report that I have lost 4.1 Lbs.
    Yippee, I needed that loss to keep me more motivated!

  • Congrats Frouf, Niki, and Vickie!! Great losses. I've udpated my ticker with my Wednesday WI.

    I'm adding a goal for this week -- I'm going to increase my nightly walk by one telephone pole a night. I'll have to measure where that leaves me for a distance - my current walk is just shy of a mile. I'm inspired by you Frouf -- your walking is paying off!
