Weekly Weigh In 1/29-2/4

  • So it's officially Day 9 of detox for me...I've been browsing and lurking around in here since Day 1 and I decided I should start participating because I'm lovin smashin that fat!! I started at 181.2 nine days ago and weighed in today at 173.2 this morning. That's a 8 lb loss! Yeah!! So I'm definately feeling really good. I'm sure I haven't eaten enough though, but I'm just not hungry. I do force myself to try and eat every few hours (at least 4 times a day Dr Ian recommends). I followed the plan to a "T" except Saturday night. I went out for dinner with my Grandmother and they didn't have anything Phase One friendly at Perkins. So I ordered grilled chicken with asparagus, a side salad with o/v on the side, and egg noodles (hold all butter and cream sauces). So all-in-all I didn't do too bad. I've very proud of myself and am looking forward to another successful week! HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEK LADIES....AND GENTS IF WE HAVE ANY

  • Hey all I am still out there. I am still at a five pound loss. still on phase one with a few off moments. still jogging five times a week for an hour. doing ok not happy about the weight loss so i just did my measurements. maybe i will see an improvement there.
  • I started a whole thread for just my loss, I'm such an egoist! No, really I'm not, my official weigh in days are Mondays, BUT, as I stood on the scale this morning and right in front of my very disbelieveing eyes, the scale read 224, and I'm running with it, it's JUST the kick in the plataeu butt I needed to recommit to my NEW healthier, sexier person. So I've lost 3 pounds.
  • Weighed in today...2 more pounds gone!! I'm under 200 now!! I've hit a life milestone!!

  • Restarting phase 1 again (I messed up big time). Weighed myself this morning at 171! I was shocked. I thought the 3 days where I ate nothing but bad foods would have killed me. I'm 6 pounds lighter than I was when I first started phase 1.
  • Hi everyone - No loss for me after the 4 lbs lost last week - still at 139 but i ate like a hog this week thanks to PF Changs and my boyfriend buying Cheese Nips which aren't allowed in the house. I am trying to move to P2 now but we will see. Maybe I will do P2 this week and see what next Fri weigh in says. If I don't lose again I will go back to P1 on Fri next week. I hate not losing but I upped my cardio so maybe that will help too.

  • Okay... my weigh in today is 211. UGH!!! lol. I got a long way to go. BUT... I don't doubt that I can do it. FS makes it easy.

  • I weighed in on saturday...just had a crazy busy weekend! Anyways down 1.75 lbs last week for a total of 9 lbs all togeather...Wohoo almost to the 10 lb loss point!!
