All, I was just thinking of Slavika. I think right now she is having the time of her life because she is in the middle of her visit with her family in Maui. Slavika, if you are out there, I hope you are having a good time.

Tomorrow I meet my girls, my high school friends, for a mental health day. We will eat, shop, and go to a movie or whatever. The main thing is just laugh and laugh. Where would we be without our friends anyway?

Kerri, judging by the pounds, sounds like you had my kind of vacation. I go by the credo that you NEVER diet on vacation. Glad you had a good time.
