  • I can't believe that January is almost over!

    Doing flex this week:
    b: oatmeal (2)
    l: sandwich (8), chips (3), salad (2)
    s: WW snack cake (1); carrots and hummus (2)
    d: LO hamburger patty (no bun; 4) with cheese (1), potatoes o'brien (2), pickles
    s: sf/ff pudding (1)

  • Apparently I am also doing a bit of flex this week, Melissa. I need to get some more control on myself.

    B) 2 bites of a scrambled egg and 2 bites of tuna salad, skim milk
    L) coleslaw with FF dressing and shrimp, two rolls with ranch dressing
    D) pork tenderloin, broccoli with cheese sauce

    Lots and lots and lots of water, too.
  • Breakfast: ff/sf yogurt w/fresh fruit, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: small bowl of Frouf's spaghetti soup
    1 slice rye toast w/eggplant salad
    1 red delicious apple

    Snack: fresh juicy strawberries

    Dinner: cornmeal coated tilapia, olive oil, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli
