    Courtnie- I'm glad Keiko is fine. Your challenge sounds interesting. Dd and I just talked about lent yesterday.

    Yesterday, dh came home from work early with a stomach bug the same one dd woke up with. Both of them are fine now, but ds isn't eating today. :-( I'm trying to get back on track but am having a really hard time with it for some reason. I've got to work on more laundry. I've never enjoyed doing laundry. I have been thought since we were able to get a new dryer with our income tax.
  • Yahoo! I got a work out in! I just want to do a 15 min ab routine then I'll be done!!
  • I managed to get that 15 minutes in and added another 15 to it so I'm at 2 hours of intense workout today!
    I'm going to sign off soon for the night so if I don't get back here have a good sleep ladies!

    Exercise
    2 Points for every half hour of exercise
    *HALF points are allowed*

    Water
    1 point for every 1/4 gallon/1 litre/32 oz.

    Meals
    2 points for every healthy meal (max 3 meals a day)

    Snacks
    1 point for every healthy snack



    1 point for not eating anything after 7:30 PM


    Minus Points

    -deduct 2 points for every unhealthy meal
    -deduct 1 point for every unhealthy snack

  • Morning ladies. I hope you're all having a great day. I had a really good night at church and choir last night. We had an effective rehersal and we agreed to rotate with the bell choir and only practice every other week during lent. This will be SO nice. We've never done it and I'm hoping it works well so we'll always do this during advent and lent.

    I'm off to the art store to pick up some supplies today. I'd like to get going on a new project today. Hopefully things will fall into place.

    The points look ok, but my dinners sometimes dont happen until after 7:30 so I wont subtract points for eating a healthy dinner no matter what time it is.

  • I think they look great.

    I like the idea of the after 7:30 thing and I dont because they say it doesnt really matter what time you eat! but i think its a good addition and will really help some of us who tend to snack in the evenings.

    Ya, I was thinking about that 7:30 thing. I mean if you usually eat around that time it wouldnt work right so how about we change it to 8:30?
    We eat at 6:00 here so I may want a handful of grapes before 8:30, as long as it's a healthy snack right? I tend to snack at around 10:00 at night for some reason thats why I threw that in there.
    Today will be going to the bank, working out and doing some laundry, what excitement! LOL!

    Wendy, when does the new game start?

    I'm feeling better after sleeping all day yesterday and taking some Advil. I'm going back to work tomorrow. I called my apartment manager and was told that they haven't started working on my apartment yet which means my move in date has been pushed back. Which is fine with me, I understand that there were alot of other tenants ahead of me (that's why I wasn't able to get a two bedroom). That also gives me more time to get the gas company out there and get a truck to move all my stuff. I also have to start looking for a night job because part time at the VA isn't going to pay all my bills.
  • The new game will start on Feb 26th! So next Monday!

    Well, I did it I got my exercise in and I'm 100% I'm going to be very sore tomorrow but I'll work through it!
    Tonight my folks are coming over for dinner, I'm making thai chicken with angel hair pasta, not TO fattening so I'll be happy to eat it!

  • Happy Friday Gals! Hope everyone is off to a wonderful start this morning. I've done my 4 mile walk already and I think that'll be all the exercise for me today. I have had a headache since Monday and its seems to be increasing its intensity up to Migraine since Wed. I'm calling the Chiropractor as soon as he opens.

    Shari-glad you're feeling better. Good luck finding a second job. You must be so excited about your new apartment.

    Wendy-Great job on the exercise! Hope your family dinner was nice last night. As for me, DH worked late and I ate a warmed up can of soup all alone. YUCK!

    8:30 would be fine for a cut off for evening eating. Are ya gonna go look for new people for the next game?

    Almost a whole week without Rosario! Where are you girl???!!!

    Boy am I sore today, I can barly walk! LMAO! It's not going to stop me though I'm going to get my butt in gear in a few minutes and get it done!

    Game 14 will be starting on Monday so get ready for it! I'll be posting a new thread on Sunday night for it and also going to try and get some newbies too!!

  • So I'm interested in joining this game for #14, but am curious -- where do you post the points? I've gone through a few pages and can't see any anywhere. Do you all just keep track on your own and then post at the end?
  • Shelby~What we do is have a seperate thread for the points. We are stickied in the Support group section one thread is called "Beat the Bulge" and the other is called "BTB points". If you go to the Support Groups section there will be a list of "Sub-forums".Scroll down till you see the "Threads in Forum" and we are right below that in the "stickied" section! Hope you can find us ok!
