    According to your very official (I am sure chart) I have burned calories like a mad woman today.

    Seriously though, I was always non athletic and now have a degenerative condition that promotes fatigue and other junk. This is the one time I wished I lived somewhere larger so that I could swim or something like that. I can do gentle walking, but don't know how effective that is.
