Hi~
My name is Tracy. I have been following Weight Watchers for almost 6 months now! I absolutly love this program. I haven't been able to atend meetings though because of money right now. I actually and doing the program with my sister Amanda and we do weekly weigh-ins at each other's houses! I have lost 30lbs in the past 6 months but have gained back about 3 lbs. I am going to do an offical weigh-in tomorrow morning...
anyway for about 3 weeks I haven't been tracking my points. I have been eating pretty much whatever I felt like. I have not been doing well, I have not been feeling well either. My sister and I were hunting around for a why to remotivate and recommit to our weight loss efforts! We purchase new diet journals with lots of places to record points and other info on what we eat...also exersice etc... It is call the I will lose weight this time! Diet Journal... I love that name! Anyway it has enough space to record 6 months worth of jood journals.
Our first goal is to record Everything we eat and then also record the food and points online as well. I have created this thread to keep my sister and I honest but please feel free to join in or comment or whatever!
We definatley need encoragement~
So I need to start saying my mantra when I feel like eating something that is not a good choice.... I am sexy let's keep it that way!
Tomorrow is the first day we will be posting what we have eaten/points etc... See ya all then!
