TO with oranges

  • Hello, all! I've got a question. When you do the TO using oranges, is it still all the protein and green veggies you want, 64 oz of water, plus the 4 oranges? I was going to try this instead of the juice this time. Thanks for the help.

  • The TO menu only allows for 6 oz of protein and 2 cups of raw veg.. 1 cup of cooked.. At least that's what you do with the juice or the cantalope.

    Is the TO with oranges different than all the rest?
  • Dan - no it's not supposed to be different. The unlimited meat/veggies is only supposed to be the initial jump start, and if you do TO every 2 weeks or thereabouts, it's supposed to be limited.
  • The unlimited protein and vegs are from Fast Forward, the initial two days of LAWL.. for those that don't do bars they do Fast Forward using the fruit and unlimited amounts of meat and vegs.. those of us that enjoy torture do the Takeoff with the 6ozs and 2 cups of veg.. you REALLY appreciate all your other food on day 3!
