    BREAKFAST: 4 pumpkin pancakes w/ maple syrup [made them low-fat!]
    2 soy sausage patties
    coffee w/ ff milk
    6 oz, orange juice

    LUNCH:'taco salad'--1/3 c. chili, 1/3 c. rice, 1/2 c. steamed brocolli over greens w/ 3 tbsp. shredded cheddar
    peppermint patty

    DINNER: 9-grain bagel w/ ff cheese, veg. 'turkey', lettuce, peppers, onion, mustard

    SNACKS: 2 handfuls candy corn
    2 pcs. asiago baguette [yum...]

    WATER: 6 glasses
    EXERCISE: 75 min. walk

    Live and learn...the asiago cheese bread whispered to me all day so I won't be buying that again. Why torture myself?
    And the candy corn makes me sick every time but it tastes so good this time of year. At least it's fat-free!

  • b-1/2 onion bagel
    2 egg whites
    2 tbls salsa
    1 piece soy cheese
    8 oz of v-8 (w/ added calcium)

    L-3 oz piece of sole (fish) cooked in an aluminum foil package with 1 cup of broccoli slaw and 1/2 cup pico de gallo sauce (heavenly)

    s-tofuitti blintz w/ 1/2 cup berries

    d-garlic and rosemary chicken with potatos, peppers and onions
    8 oz v-8

    s-1/4 pkg of m & m's and 1 cup of oj w/ calcium
  • B- 1/2 sesame bagel
    1 TBLS pumpkin cream cheese (low fat)
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    1 cup of soy milk

    L-Panda Express
    steamed rice
    beef and broc
    orange chicken (yes fried)
    fortune cookie

    S-handful of pretzel nuggets

    D-1 sweet onion sauted in 1.5 tsp of olive oil
    1/ cup thin pasta
    sprinkle of soy parmesan, lots of pepper
    8 oz v8
  • Monday--Oct.29
    BREAKFAST: 2 ww bread w/ 1 tbsp. peanut butter
    apple
    coffee w ff milk

    LUNCH: 3 pumpkin pancakes w/ pear- cranberry topping
    2 soy sausages

    DINNER:1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c, chili w/ ff cheese, sour cream
    1/2 c. peas and corn
    sm. fatfree brownie

    Snacks: Odwalla bar
    1 handful candy corn

    Water: 8 glasses

    Exercise: 4 miles treadmill
    10 min. dumbells
    10 min. tai chi [haven't done that in a while!]
  • B-1 cup kashi, small box raisons, 1/2 cup milk

    S-oj-1 cup, handful of mini pretzels

    L-sesame chicken salad
    lays baked bbq chips
    water

    D-4 oz sole (fish)
    broc, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots
    8 oz v8

    S-2 cups of light popcorn

    BREAKFAST: orange juice--coffee w/ skim
    2 pumpkin pancakes w/ pear-cranberry topping
    2 soy sausages

    LUNCH:9-grain bagel w/ fat-free cream cheese
    apple
    2 sm. peppermint patties

    DINNER:vegetable soup
    2 ww bread w/ lite pimento cheese
    1/2 Odwalla bar

    SNACKS: 2 handfuls candy corn[makes me sick every time but I love it!]

    WATER: 8 glasses
    EXERCISE: 4 miles treadmill
    10 min. lower body stuff
    15 min. yoga

    fat-free blueberry bran muffin
    1 oz. cheddar----apple

    LUNCH: 1 bowl veg soup
    2 ww w/ lite cheese, spinach, onion
    3 sm. peppermint patties

    DINNER: 1 bowl veg. soup
    ww pita w/ soy 'turkey' w/ spinach, mustard
    3 more peppermint patties!

    SNACKS: 1 clementine orange
    WATER: 7glasses
    EXERCISE:100 crunches
    15 min. dumbells
    15 min. yoga
    4 miles treadmill

    Oct 31st. Kinda took a freebie day-Didn't want to feel deprieved and have a binge later on this week!

    B-1/2 bagel
    1 Tbls light marg
    1 grapefruit
    1 cup of ff milk (added a tbls of strawberry syrup-cause my kids were and I was way jealous!)

    S-lf cereal bar
    handful of pretzels

    L-1.5 cups of assorted fruit
    2 halloween cookies
    hamburger-cheese/tomato/lettuce/ketchup
    1/4 package of thin mints

    D-grilled chicken sandwich on a hogie roll
    tom/lettuce/steak sauce
    2 oz of soggy fries
    1 red hot sucker

    excersice-trick or treating!!!
