    Breakfast: oatmeal w/sliced banana, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: LO steak, sweet potato, broccoli
    1 apple

    Snack: fruit salad, yogurt

    Dinner: tbd (something w/lean ground beef probably)??

  • Except it's almost lunchtime and I absolutely can't stomach the idea of the steak/potato/veggie lunch - this is the 2nd time this has happened! It just doesn't feel like it will go down? I might have to go downstairs and pick up a fresh salad or something else to eat???
