Planning Thursday January 11

  • I did good yesterday. I ended up making my two cookies but having a cup of non-fat milk with it instead of ice cream.

    B: SF Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
    L: Chicken Salad Sandwich (chicken, light miracle whip, onion, mustard, 2 slice wheat bread); clemintain, crave control yogurt
    D: Stuffed Green Pepper (Green Pepper, 94% lean ground beef, brown rice, salsa, sprinkle of cheese), salad with fat free ranch
    S: SF Jello Pudding; 100 cal popcorn bag
    S: Tea before bed

    Water: 3 Liters

    WO: walking 40 minutes to and from school (1.2 miles)
  • Meal 1- orange, 6 almonds
    Meal 2- 4 whole wheat crackers, 1 T peanut butter
    Meal 3- spinach salad w/ chicken, crab, egg, ff ranch
    Meal 4- lf string cheese
    Meal 5- veggie soup
    Meal 6- 4 oz salmon, 1-2 c broccoli

    WO- 30 minutes HEAT, 30 minutes Muscle Madness
  • Here's my plan for the day. Have been following my plan well this whole week!

    B - Cinnamon Raisin English Muffin, 1 T butter, Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
    L - Snack Wrap, apple
    S - Either tea or an Energy Bar
    D - ? Whatever the bf makes for dinner

    WO - Today is an off day since I worked out twice yesterday. If I go to the YMCA with my bf I will work out though
