Today is my 3rd day without binging and things are getting much easier. I went to subway for lunch and had a 6 inch and baked chips. I wanted to eat some cookies so bad, but I resisted. I am now so proud of myself. The last few days I have felt better than I've been feeling in months. I want to lose weight but most importantly I want to quit binging. I figure once I quit binging then the weight loss will come. I cannot wait to go on the scale next Monday and see the progress. Good luck to everyone.
