3rd Day Without Binging

  • Today is my 3rd day without binging and things are getting much easier. I went to subway for lunch and had a 6 inch and baked chips. I wanted to eat some cookies so bad, but I resisted. I am now so proud of myself. The last few days I have felt better than I've been feeling in months. I want to lose weight but most importantly I want to quit binging. I figure once I quit binging then the weight loss will come. I cannot wait to go on the scale next Monday and see the progress. Good luck to everyone.

  • Awesome job! I am quite a binger myself, and have had to learn, even with my best intensions, I can't keep certain stuff in my house. I've learned to pick up Snicker's energy bars from the store once in a while for a treat if I want it, but can't buy a bag/box of anything. It took me about a week to lose the craving to bing, but I still have to stay on "high alert" to avoid any triggers. As my mom says, the second, third, fourth, etc. bite doesn't taste any better than the first, so why do we have to eat it all??!!! Good luck, you can do this -- you have a wonderful start.
