  • I haven't started one of these in a loooooong time!

    b: nothing
    l: salad, sugar wafers (5 pts)
    s: clementine; soup
    d: maybe some baked chicken, brown rice and green beans
    s: sf/ff pudding
  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

    Lunch: Since I can't even eat breakfast until 11:00, I'm thinking there won't be a lunch but there will be a snack.

    Snack: 1/2 and orange shared with Honey Lamb

    Dinner: I have NO idea. I slept late. I guess all the family death stress is getting to me.

    Dessert: The orange dreamsicle that I didn't eat yesterday.

    Lunch: LO fajita chicken breast strips mixed w/LO black beans and rice mix

    Snack: Strawberries/blueberries

    Pre-dinner snack: 2 cheese strings, tea
    (after work mtg at 5:30 pm)

    Dinner:??? hopefully steak, sweet potato, broccoli
