I'm in, aiming for at least 1,000 minutes, minimum of gym 4x a week. what about that truckload of firewood I unloaded/stacked yesterday? does that count for anything?

Jan 4 Sick as a dog-a mile and a half traveled between my bed and the bathroom LOL j/k
Jan 5 105 minutes.... 40 on precor, 35 machines & abs, 30 treadmill
Jan 6 105minutes.... 40 min on precor, 35 on machines, back, 30 min on treadmill
Jan 7 30 minutes.... weightlifting (unload and stack a half ton of hay)
Jan 8 105 minutes... 40 on precor, 35 arm machines/abs (added 2 new ab exercises)30
minutes on treadmill-alternated between walking at 3.5 mph 3 and jogging 4.5 PMH 2 minutes

Jan 12 120 min.....40 minutes elliptical, 50 minutes machines (went up to 3 sets of each machine) 30 min on treadmill-alternating 3 min @ 3.5 MPH/3 min jogging 4.5 MPH

Jan 16 110 minutes.. 40 precor, 40 machines/core, 30 tredmill both walking/jogging
Jan 17-didnt make it to the gym-poo
Jan 18-75 minutes... 15 precor, 45 arm machines and ab exercises, 15 min on tredmill.
