I'm 38 and live in Texas - the Austin/Round Rock area. I recently lost about 30 lbs with diet and exercise but with the holidays I've really gotten off track. I don't know how much I've gained but would guess a few pounds. Anyway, I'm looking for one or two people who would like to buddy up and exchange email, recipes, ideas and support to lose weight in the coming year.
