I often find my self very sleepy on my drive home (around 4:30-5:00 pm) and just crash when I get home. Most nights I find my self asleep on the couch until 9!!!
Any thoughts on how to avoid this "crash"?
I make a point to eat something around 3:00 pm (apple, cleminetines, almonds or yogurt usually) but it doesn't seem to help?!
