Well...where to begn. I am 25, engaged to a wonderful younger guy. Just became an aunt this evening, thanks to my little sister. I was always thin throughout school then suddenly I did not have to go to gym and started to gain weight. I am very disappointed in myself that I have gained almost 70lbs since graduating. thaat turns out to be about 10lbs a year. I know i am not the healthiest and that is one of the main reaso9ns I want to lose the weight. my fiance doesn't want me to change at all. my mother was diagnosed a diabetic a few years ago and has successfully controlled it with diet and dropped over 60lbs. Now it is my turn!!! My fiance and I also really want to start our own family and i am wondering if it is because of my weight that may be a possible reason I am not pregnant by now. I also have a hard tim eexersizing becasue i had a car accident that messed up my back 5 years ago.
So in simpler terms....
I want to lose weight because....
1) My health
2) to prevent diabetes
3) To be able to carry a baby healthily
4) to be able to exersize with out pain.

, vestanightfire!!!!
on becoming an Auntie! I can understand how you feel a little. I too was in a car accident, only mine was 10 yrs ago and it damaged my spine. So I can understand exercising and being in pain.
