I spent about 4 hours in Wegmans today searching through everything and came up with the following list of foods that they sell that are friendly to the YOU lifestyle. Obviously, this isn't an exhaustive list, but it's a beginning. I'm sure many of these products are available nationally, so it might help some other new people.
