First, thanks to all of you who posted about my aunt's passing.
My friend emailed me last night that her MIL passed away in the early evening. This is actually a blessing.
Don's mother was in a full care Alzheimer's unit. She'd gotten to the point where they were having to remind her to swallow. She's in a much better place now.
We went through that with my FIL. While it's sad, it's such a blessing to not be watching them. They don't know you, their surroundings, what time of day let alone year it is, etc.
Wilma, you are now at peace.
