Hello Everyone!
I know that's a hard question to ask because everyone has a different opinion of each plan, but I would like maybe some pros and cons of this lifestyle. I work with someone that did this plan for the first phase and is still practicing some of the principles and losing weight quite well. She also said it has helped with her cravings. I have been on tons of different plans, but I also realize that I don't always stick to a plan so well. What are your thoughts on the Fat Smash? The good and the bad? Is it easily a plan to remain on for life? Cost-wise...any more pricey than other plans? Also, is it alot more work in terms of meal preparation? When eating out, what are some on-plan meals to eat? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm just really curious! I'm on the wait list at my library for the book, so I'm just trying to get as much info online about it.

im really glad i found it. i did the detox and it really got me started because i saw instant results. i have modified the diet a little and im still loosing . I get bored of things quickly so i have to mix it up alittle or it doesnt work.
