Tuesday Planning

  • I ended up having a cup of chicken soup yesterday and a bowl of fruit for lunch yesterday. Very yummy and on plan.

    B: Corn Chex and Non-Fat Milk
    L: It depends I’m meeting a classmate to watch lecture videos from 10 – 1 so if he wants to get lunch after then I’ll probable say yes but get a salad or soup. If I come home for lunch then I think I’ll make French toast (whole wheat bread, egg whites, splash of milk) and have an orange.
    D: Homemade Baked Chicken Parmesan, pasta, tomato sauce
    S: Apple, 100-Calorie bag of popcorn, string cheese

    Water: 3 Liters
    WO: 40 minutes walking
  • Mmm, homemade chicken parm sounds yummy!

    B: 1/4c steel cut oats w/cranberries, coffee
    L: Maybe a leftover pork wrap with spinach and an apple
    D: 2-egg spinach and onion omlette with a slice of spelt toast w/nat pb
    Snacks: yogurt, clementines, sf popcicle
  • Ok im going to make a plan and try to stick with it today. Maybe that will keep me from snacking all day! haha.

    B: Corn Chex with skim milk
    L: Lettuce/tomato salad with light done right dressing and turkey sanwich with no mayo(or maybe light mayo havent decided)
    D: Spagetti with ground turkey and sauce
    S: Ill probably be snacking on the homemade sugar cookies i made yesterday..
  • B: raisin bran w/ ff milk
    S: grapes, almonds
    L: whole wheat wrap w/ turkey, spinach, ff mayo, and 1 oz. feta cheese
    S: yogurt, banana
    D: tilapia w/ tomatoe and sourcream sauce, steamed veggies
