Monday Planning

  • Happy Monday.

    B: Corn Chex and Non-fat Milk
    L: Not sure. I have a final today from 1-4:30 so I plan on eating something before then but yesterday I went out to lunch and it made me sick to my stomach all night so I don’t want to pack a lunch and not be able to eat it. So I plan on seeing how breakfast goes over and then getting either a salad with chicken or soup.
    D: Salad with chicken, black beans, corn, salsa or fat free ranch (I know it could be a lot like lunch but I need to use what is left in my fridge).
    S: Depends on how I am feeling but probable oranges, pretzels, string cheese.

    Water: 3 Liters (I went a major diet coke binge over the weekend and need to get away from that).
    WO: Walking 40 minutes
  • B: egg white and spinach omelete, ff milk
    S: grapes, almonds
    L: tuna w/ ff mayo and relish, tomato, carrot, cucumber, lf triscuits
    S: yogurt, orange
    D: tilapia w/ sour cream and tomatoes, mushrooms, zuchinni
  • Hi, I thought I'd give this a shot! I'm not too sure about lunch yet...I have to see what we have. But here's the plan...

    B-Whole wheat toast with 1/2 T PB, 1 cup orange juice
    L-1/2 large chicken breast with tomato, rice with tomato, 3/4 large corn tortilla, 1/2 C milk
    S-Banana
    D-Not sure what mom is making...but plan is to WATCH PORTIONS

    Water: At least 4 cups
    WO: 60 minutes Get Ripped! to the Core, 30 minutes yoga
