  • Ok, new week, new binge free thread- starting woth borrowed words from lovely Elizabeth:

This is a thread to challenge ourselves to remain binge free for one week. Some of us make it, and some of us don't, but we all give it our best effort. It doesn't have to be an entire week. Some of us take it hour-by-hour. Whatever you can do, come here to share your successes and your struggles. Together, we are all stronger!

Please refrain from mentioning any specific foods because it sets some people off on a binge. If you feel the need to mention food, head on over to Cyber Purgers and confess away.

This is a thread open to all, don't hesitate to jump in anytime!!! Newbies are very much welcomed!!!

    Good luck and much strength!

    Let's do it!!!
  • OK -- I'm in. I started being binge-free last Wednesday, and other than eating a few things which were not on my plan, I have been "binge-free" since then! If ya'll had any idea how good it is to say those words -- !
  • I'm jumping in for a new challenge I have been good since Saturday night
  • I was good until i baked muffins yesterday and had 4 of em eeek!

Brand new week and i MUSST make it through this one!

So far so good, i had a nice breakfast and lunch
  • so far this week i have been eating decently. i have to learn to stay far away from the stores.
  • Morning everybody!

Just a short "Hello!" and the report that I did more or less well yesterday. I still have a problem with feeling fat and feeling like gaining 20lb each day because I am not weighing myself but I hope that goes away sometimes. Somewhere....

I hope everybody is having a nice day with some amount of binge free time!!

    Kate
  • so far so good here.
  • WTG everybody!!

2 days binge free here. Am working on Wave 1 of Sonoma ... nobody's posting much over there so I thought I'd drop in here.

    We can do this!!
  • Binge Free now for 12 days ... I'm hoping to keep the streak going through the holidays....
  • Hi Everybody!

I've been bad, REAL bad, for the past 2 days. Bingey escaped from his cage and I didn't even try to recapture him! The terrible thing is that I didn't even enjoy the foods I consumed, unlike when I was on vacation and had "planned cheats". I was in automatic food disposal mode.

I'm not sure if this bingeing is related to my change of diet (from strict low carb) or due to anxiety over my pregnancy.
It's probably a combination of BOTH.

I've done well today and plan to FORCE bingey back into his cage! NO MORE eating on autopilot!!!!

GOOD LUCK to everyone for staying/becoming binge-free!
    WE CAN DO THIS!!!
  • Go Elizabeth! You can do it! WTG staying binge free today and please PM me if you need to talk to anyone.

I'm so impressed that you've lost so much already!!!
  • day four of binge free.
  • Day 13 binge free
  • new here
1 hour binge free. I am taking this one an hour at a time so far. All or nothing thinking is killing my efforts to be healthy and lose weight. If I can't workout for an hour, then I do nothing (rather than 20 minutes). If I mess up once in a meal, the rest of the day is a blur of bingeing. I can do this!! making my life better, one decision at a time.
  • 3 days binge free so far ...
ebb&flow, one hour at a time is a great idea!!
