Should I continue to post menus? Will you all post with me? Except for yesterday when I went and ate pizza, normally my menus help keep me on the program. I'd love to have company and it only takes a couple of minutes.
Breakfast: One serving oatmeal made with skim, a banana cooked in and equal
Lunch: Not sure
Snack: Large Kiwi
Dinner: Lemon Garlic Chicken, Oven Fries, double serving of fresh green beans
Snack: Hot skim with caramel sugar free syrup and cinnamon
I'll post but it's going to be SO sporadic today. Tomorrow will be better. I had bad food last night and the scale is up this morning. Tomorrow is my weigh day so today I'm mainly going to drink lots of water.
Breakfast: nothing because I woke up with a sore throat and it was kinda late so if I eat, it'll mess up the whole day's schedule
vickie, i'll post. posting menus helps me see what everyone else is doing as well as what i'm doing. lots of information here. thank you for starting the thread.
