Hello everyone!

  • I am the mother of three. After I had my first two children I went right back to my before weight without really doing anything. Then 6 years later after having my third child I can't seem to loose even a pound in fact since giving birth to her three years ago i have actually GAINED 15 more pounds. I know that I will never weigh 110 pounds again but my goal is to loose 30 pounds by my birthday in April. I joined Curves and have changed my eating....I am hungry all the time but I am trying to find other ways to keep busy. I am grateful to have found this site! I look forward to getting to know you all!

    Hungry all the time???? On dear no! We can't have that. Have you had a look at Body for Life? Small meals every 2 or 3 hours. Good plain food that keeps you feeling full.
  • I haven't heard of that. I will have to do a search for it. I am hungry all the time it's so hard for me to eat only three meals and two snacks a day I am soooo ungry since trying to cut down.
