Well, yesterday's calories were fine, but the wholeness of the day was not. Today:

L-romaine salad, tomato soup, Healthy Choice frozen manicotti w/broccoli
S-berries and yogurt
D-salmon, sweet potato, zucchini, salad
S-dark chocolate, tea
