    Monday- 3 mile WATP
  • Tuesday-Ramp it Up(40 m of strength,cardio, toning)
  • Wednesday- 1mile WATP
  • Wednesday- 4 mile WATP
  • Thursday- Walk Strong(cardio and strength)
  • Saturday: 15 minutes walking

    Sunday: 30 minute walk
