Planning for Saturday, Dec. 2

  • We had a slow thread yesterday, and I bet it will be slow both today and tomorrow as well until Monday when everyone comes back and complains about how poorly they ate during the weekend So let's PLAN for the weekend! Here's my plan for today:
    • Kashi Heart to Heart cereal w/small banana and skim milk
    • organic tomato soup w/croutons
    • oatmeal
    • fat-free cottage cheese
    • yogurt
    • leftovers - ww couscous, chicken, veggies, black beans, cheese
    • fudgesicle
    That brings me to 1460 calories and 96g protein.
