I was in the mood for some French-cut green beans, so I bought a can of them. Well, one serving took care of the craving, but I'd like to find an appealing way to use up the rest of the can.
I won't eat mushrooms, so the classic green bean casserole is out. Adding almonds to them isn't enough to make them appetizing, because it's mostly still beans.
Anyone have any non-mushroomy casserole ideas? Or any other ways to blend them in with other foods?
Thanks!

Also, if you want the casserole, you can put fat free gravy in it instead of mushrooms. My brother is severly lactose intolerant, so we use lactose free gravy in it instead of cream of mushroom. It really isn't bad.
