Please Please Help Asap!!!!

  • I am a new member and I need some help asap! I have ordered the Fat Smash diet and it will be here in 5-7 days, but I need to start now. Could you please tell me what is in Phase one and the restrictions so I can start today, I need to meet my goal by the end on Jan. I have been reading all of your guys storys and I am so thrilled to know that this a diet that is worth it! Thank you so much for your help, please reply back.

  • 45lbs is my long term goal and 15lbs is my goal by the end of jan
  • Phase 1 allows the following:
    All fruits in any quantity
    All vegetables in any quantity except potatoes and avocados
    Brown Rice - up to 2 cups cooked rice per day
    2 cups of low-fat or skim or soy milk per day
    As much water as you like
    Oatmeal - Up to 1 cup per day
    All herbs and spices
    6 oz. low fat yogurt twice a day
    4 egg whites per day
    2 cups of herbal tea per day

    Excercise at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity five days a week.
