I lost 3 pounds over Thanksgiving break -- yay!! Two pounds away from my birthday goal, three pounds away from my 2nd mini-goal, and 57 pounds away from my final goal!! (Ok, the last one still sounds a little scary...)

I gained a half a pound over Thanksgiving, even though I stayed on plan. I don't understand it, but I ranted about it in another thread already. Hopefully I'll have a huge loss this week. Cheers to the losers and hugs to those who are struggling!!

Well I gained 1.2 pounds over the holiday, but I am not suprised with the way I gorged myself on Thanksgiving. So back on the program and I hope I take it back off this week. Way to go Lisa on the weight loss you must be really proud of yourself! Good luck everyone.
