Don't beat yourself up about it, honestly! Move ahead, put the past behind you and look forward. I too, ate what I wanted and I'm up 2lbs...I'm not going to fret about it, I'm just going to jump back on plan today (I do weight watchers, or at least I did...I've had a rough month) I'm hoping to do good on the "normal" days and enjoy my holiday functions and if I maintain, then thats an accomplishment in itself...Remember, the average american gains 10lbs over the holidays....maintaining is like losing 10lbs!!! That's huge! I don't know LAWL's plan, but I'm assuming you drink alot of water, so push the water big time and exercise, exercise, exercise! You'll get there, don't be down on yourself...it's a long journey, we'll succeed
