that i thought i'd post this for everyone to share what they managed to 'conquer' this week...I conquered my scale addiction
...weighed once this week...official weigh in is Monday...resisted home made chocolate cake
...and even when i couldn't get online to 3fatchicks.com(the net was down)still managed to stop myself caving in and eating various treats we have around the house
, that my hse mate who works in a restaurant brought over....AND DRANK 3 LITRES OF WATER EVERYDAY
!!!AND...AND exercised every other day, tonight i'm off swimming (i love swimming!!!)WHAT DID YOUMANAGE TO CONQUER THIS WEEK?
