I've lost 30 pounds and reached my goal weight in the last 3 months in WW. I want to "take the day off" tomorrow--not count point at all. Desserts don't interest me taht much, but I love stuffing myself on turkey and potatoes, etc. Am I a horrible person if I do this? I guess I just want someone to tell me it's ok for one day and I won't gain back 30 pounds in 1 day. I'm totally prepared to lower my points next week when I gain the 5 pounds I know I will, lol.
Anyone else doing this too?
