anyone in WW not counting points tomorrow?

  • I've lost 30 pounds and reached my goal weight in the last 3 months in WW. I want to "take the day off" tomorrow--not count point at all. Desserts don't interest me taht much, but I love stuffing myself on turkey and potatoes, etc. Am I a horrible person if I do this? I guess I just want someone to tell me it's ok for one day and I won't gain back 30 pounds in 1 day. I'm totally prepared to lower my points next week when I gain the 5 pounds I know I will, lol.
    Anyone else doing this too?
  • I'm not.
I'm going to be careful not to stuff myself, but I'm going to have a normal Thanksgiving, and then a super OP week.

I haven't really stuffed myself in several years on Thanksgiving, it's just a slow meal of enjoying everything and saving room for P I E!

    Hoodj0080,

Go ahead and take the day off for goodness sake!!! You've done awesome by reaching your goal in the past three months (that rocks!) and one day isn't going to put the 30 lbs back!

However, I wouldn't go completely off the 'diet' - by all means, eat to your hearts content but stay aware of what it is you're eating. If you just gorge yourself on food tomorrow I guarantee you'll feel bad about it come Friday. So do eat and have fun but remember how you made it to goal weight

Me, I'll be counting points even though tomorrow morning I'll be running in the Atlanta Half-Marathon (13.1 miles). I know I can eat whatever I want after 2 hours of running but I don't want to - I want to reach my goal of 140 lbs by the time I go on my first solo trip to Italy in May 2007.

    Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

  • Thansk for the encouragement. chickies! I don't plan on going totally overboard--I'm making my mom use reduced fat butter, no fat gravy, and I only drink water anyway, so water won't be a big deal I guess I just wanted to have someone reassure me!
Ahissa, good luck tomorrow! Your babies are beautiful!!!
  • Im not , im going to not think about points at all
I will stay aware of what im eating but no points
  • I did not count on Thursday. You have to allow yourself to enjoy the holiday. I had a great day, and did not go overboard!
