    Happy October... I'm going to a WW weigh-in hoping I've lost some but, with only a fair week of eating on program, and my TOM - I'm not sure what I'll do.

    Morning (4)
    1 plum - 1, 1/2 bagel - 2, cof - 1

    Midday (6)
    grilled chicken - 3, steamed veggies - 0, tomato/eggplant - 1

    snack - nectarine - 1, 1/4 power bar - 1

    Evening (9)
    grilled tuna - 4, stirfried chinese veggie - 1, potato - 2, sorbet pop - 2

    total: 19 (banked 6)
    Activity - track workout tonight - 1 hr = 5 pts earned
    Lost 3.2 lbs... I'm doing a happy dance.

    da Fish Tacos are a sometime Tuesday - Friday deal. Mondays if I'm OP I go to my WW meeting and eat at a nearby restaurant with a fellow WW friend.
