I have to start by saying that I LOVE Wendy's for having such a wonderful nutrition guide on their website. You can "personalize" any item and it will update the calories and fat grams and all that. For instance, you can see what the sour cream and chives baked potato is, or you can take off the sour crem or the chives or both, and see what it is then.
Here's my question... I eat the baked potatoes plain (with a little salt and pepper only). So, the calories and fat grams listed, would that be for the whole potato (skin and all) or just the white part? Anyone know?

That would include the skin as well - basically, the nutrition info includes all the edible parts of the potato, which includes the skin

I don't know about the baked potato, but the grilled chicken sandwich is TOTALLY GROSS. They used to be good, but the last 2 times I've had it (I gave it a second chance assuming I just got a bad one) it was really horrible.
