Tuesday Planning

  • DasiyBoo I was surprised to see you haven’t already started this. I hope everything is ok.

    I got up really late today so I had to change my planning around some because I completely missed breakfast.

    B/L – Salad with low fat luncheon meat, 2% cheese, and non-fat ranch
    D – Ham, corn and a baked sweet potato
    S – Corn Chex with non-fat milk

    I realize that my calories are lower then I would like so I’m going to try to put some more snacks in there. I haven’t had much of an appetite lately.

    Water 2-3 Liters (I haven't been able to get over 2 the last two days)
