Monday's Munchies - Nov 20

  • Breakfast: ff yogurt, sliced canteloupe, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: 2 hb eggs, lf mayo, 2 slices rye toast, margarine, salad w/caesar dressing
    1 banana

    Snack: red grapes, green tea

    Dinner: roast chicken, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli & carrots

    Snack: popcorn, diet pop

  • Reasonably on track:

    B: oatmeal made with skim milk, flaxseed, sliced apple and banana

    Snack 1: 2 hard-boiled egg whites

    Lunch: large salad w/sliced turkey, leftover wheatberries with a walnut oil vinaigrette and some chopped vegetables

    Snack 2: 2 servings Garden of Eatin' spicy blue corn chips (6 points--argh), ff cottage cheese

    Dinner: whole wheat pasta with Trader Joe's sauce, frozen spinach and an orange or clementine
