  • B - 2 x hard boiled egg whites, 1 glass V8 juice, 1 coffee

    L - Chicken & Salad roll

    S - 2 x rice cakes w/cheese and tomato
    D - Beef stir fry w/jasmine rice
    S - Fresh mango (Yum!)
  • B: steel-cut oatmeal w/a few cranberries
    L: homemade white chili (turkey and cannellini beans), corn muffin, apple
    S: string cheese, applesauce
    D: homemade soup and salad with a slice of wheat bread
    S: jello
  • Pre-workout: one slice toast with peanut butter
    Workout: strength and cardio, 45 minutes each
    Breakfast: eggs of some sort, oatmeal, hot tea
    Snack: clementine and banana
    Lunch: salad and soup
    Afternoon snack: carrots
    Dinner: Stir-fry and rice
  • B: 1.5oz Oatmeal
    S: 1 small Mandarin Orange, 100g RC Yogurt
    L: 1 cup Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup, 1 slice WW Bread, 1/2 tbsp ICBINB
    S: 2 medium Boiled Eggs, 4 oz Baby Carrots (fresh)
    D: Veggie Stir Fry
    S: 4oz Strawberry JELL-O

  • B: soy protein shake with frozen strawberries and pineapple
    L: vggi salad with tomatoes, carrots, garbonzo beans, sunflowerseeds, red onion and some nam with ff italian dressing and a low carb wrap (1 tortilla), ff vanilla yogurt
    s: an aple and pria bar
    d:whatever fiance cooks but its football night so he may not be cooking if not than a bowl of soup or protein shake
    after workout: an apple with a tblespoon of PB
  • B: Corn Chex with Non-Fat Milk and banana
    L: Homemade Chicken Soup; Salad with Ham and Chicken Luncheon Meat and Fat Free Ranch (I’ll probable split this into more like 2 meals throughout the day)
    D: Vegetarian Chili, Oyster Crackers, 1 oz Cheddar Cheese, and Corn
    S: SF Jello Pudding and SF Cool Whip

    Water: 3 Liters
    WO: None – not allowed until Wednesday

    My biggest concern since I had my gallbladder removed is my fat intake because I get sick if I have too much. My total fat is only 17 grams :smile:. I may have some more veggies or another piece of fruit in there.
