I just started journaling my foot intake and have lost 1 pound my first week. I know it sounds silly but I gotta start somewhere! Tomorrow I will try to exercise.
I definatley believe in the "change one theory". I've not read the book, just the philosophy that we should start with one habit, work on that, get better, the add another habit, etc instead of trying to chang it all overnight. I fact I just quit for months. I went from summer to work (work at a school) and I just quit. A week ago I decided I've had enough and I'm back. I started just like you. The first thing I changed was journaling again
