Hi! 6 weeks post baby and lots to lose!

  • Just had my second baby and despite my best efforts (I ran through 32 weeks) I still gained a ton this pregnancy

    I was back at running at 2 1/2 weeks but my weight loss stalled out and once I hit 6 weeks I knew the free ride (from postpartum stuff) was over and so its back on a diet

    First goal is to get back to pre-pregnancy weight, then we will go from there!

    Off to go running ...
