thursday menu--november 16, 2006

  • i didn't post yesterday's menu. i don't think i can remember everything i ate. (i even had fried pickles) bad girl!

    here's what i'm having today:

    b--banana

    i'll be back to post the rest later. i had 2 "bad choice" days in a row. i'm not having a 3rd.
  • Sandra--It's a new day--you can get off the "bad choice wagon". Good luck.

    B: multigrain hot cereal with sliced banana and skim milk

    S1: orange slices

    Lunch: wheat berries salad (I posted the recipe at Core Salads), with extra vegetables and walnut oil vinaigrette

    S2: Not sure--has to be Core because I used up all my WPAs

    Dinner: Trader Joe's organic veg. chili, side of brown rice, shredded romaine and ff shredded Mexican cheese blend

    Drinks: decaf green tea, water, milk at breakfast, milk with dinner

    F/V: 4 (have to sneak in another 2 servings somewhere)
    Milk: 2 cups
  • WARNING - NOT A CORE MENU!

    Breakfast: decaf w/cream, 1/2 oatmeal/apple muffin

    Lunch: 2 slices ww bread, egg salad, grape tomatoes, sliced cucumber
    1 cadbury thins chocolate bar

    Snack: red grapes

    Dinner: stir fried teriyaki chicken w/veggies (onions, mushrooms, peapods, peppers, carrots, garlic), brown rice

    Snack: popcorn and diet drink at the movies
