Wednesday Menu

  • I'm posting this tonight so I'll actually follow thru tomorrow (LOL--hope it helps).

    B: Either oatmeal or 5 grain hot cereal, made with skim milk
    sliced banana and strawberries

    Snack 1: banana or orange

    Lunch: wheat berries salad (leftover cold wheatberries mixed w/vinaigrette, finely diced vegetables and 1/2 a can of drained white beans). High fiber and very filling

    Snack 2: 2 Laughing Cow wedges (2 pts). on Wasa crackers (1 pt).

    Dinner:
    Leftover Swiss chard
    a Dr. Praeger spinach burger

    Fruit/Veg: 6
    Milk: 1

    Activity:
    1 hr. Kickboxing class at 6 p.m.--worth 4 activity points
