HI New to this forum

  • HI all. Just a quick note to say I'm here and soooo ready to lose the extra baggage I've been carring around for the last 10 years. I'm ready to be thin again, as soon as my body learns to obey me. I'm 31 and a mom of 3 boys, soon to be 4, we are trying to adopt. And I need all the extra energy to run around after these guys. So as long as I've got a great support system, then we are good to go.
    If ya'll can recommend any good exercises to do in a skirt, that would be wonderful, due to religious beliefs I prefer to wear a dress, and coulottes are awful. So GL to all out there, and see you on the forums.

    Welcome. I am 31, too, and Mom to one boy who will be 5 soon. I would suggest walking for an exercise since that would be easy in a skirt I suppose.

  • Thanks for the warm welcome. I've started back walking, I did 2 miles yesterday and it felt really good. I'm thinking about following the WW plan, I've done it before and have had good results. I just have to watch my portion control. I've got to learn to like veggies, right now the only veggies I like are potatoes and corn, and I know that I can't live my whole life eating just those 2. And I've got to start with the water, I personally hate water b/c it has not taste. So GL to all out there battling the bulge.
