OMG were do i start!!!!! New to this site :?:

  • Hi everyone, Just starting here on this site. And i don't know were to go how this site works i think i need a little help. Well let me start off by telling you all about myself I'm jenn I'm 33 i have 4 great kids and a wicked man in my life. i have been over weight for the past 15 yrs. I have lost the I have gained. Last yr at this time i weighed 245lbs now I'm back up to 280lbs, I started gaining my wieght back when i found out I had a thiroid. stupid little thiroid, lol i had just lost like 40 lbs when i found out about it in may, then i started to gain all this wieght back. I'm just so sick of not being able to keep the wieght gone. i need so wicked suport from all of you. See Brian my man we are getting married in 2008 so i need to look super wicked for the big day. So i'm 280 lbs right now i have lost 4lbs so far ya for me. But i want to get down to at least 185 lbs for now then i will go for more .lol I look good at that weight for the fact I'm 6 feet tall so, it's all good. But i need some help for you all. And to let me know were I sould be posting thoughts message things like that. So if any one would like to chat it would be great, thanks for your time luv Jenn

  • I have been cutting down on my junk food, eatting better. Like fruit veggies stuff like that, and we have been going to the gym, for walks after dinner stuff like that. But i still need a lot of help my thing is i get hungry at night and not a good thing so i need some help with that what do u think i should tri. I think i need to tri eatting more in the day i don't know HELP...lol
  • Save a healthy snack for later. Lots of very effective eating plans call for five or six mini meals a day ... just have one at night.

    I've got a wedding coming up in April 2007, so I'm in the same boat. You can do this!

    You might want to check out the Calorie Counters area - or possibly the "Just DEW it" support group (Diet - Exercise - Water). Also, if you are focusing on eating more whole foods as opposed to just low-cal foods, you can look at the Whole Foods area.

    Find the spot that feels the most comfortable to you and settle in! Welcome, and I look forward to getting to know you better.
