Does anyone here use Weigh Down Workshop?

I've read the book and I like the common sense principals but I don't support the founder whatsoever. In fact, that is precisely why I came here tonight, to find something like it, without her.

If you want to have a thread about it, I'd love to be a part of it if we can keep GS's religious opinions out of it. As far as the plan, I love it.
