  • Monday- Walked on treadmill.
  • Saturday- 2 mile deluxe(aerobics)
    Monday- 4 mile WATP
  • Monday- walked 2 miles

    Tuesday- 45 minutes eliptical, 1 hour watere aerobics
  • Tuesday- Walk Strong(cardio and strength training)
    Wednesday- Walk n Kick(30m..like WATP version but has a few kickboxing moves)
  • Thursday- did Leslie's 30 min walk...it started out slow but then she picked it wayyy up, man I was soaked in sweat.

    Friday- Walk Strong
