Wow, well this past week was quite successful with eating a healthy breakfast and drinking around 100 oz of water per day! I worked out a total of 150 minutes, not to mention I did a lot of walking on campus.
Yesterday my family came in from Florida/Chicago to celebrate both my brother's wedding and an early Thanksgiving.
Needless to say...I splurged,
but the great part is that both my mom and I are ready to get back on track.For this upcoming week my goals are:
-To drink between 80-100 oz of water/day
-Eat a fiber/protein filled breakfast
-Not compare myself to others
Again...this might still be a little step for me, but it's actually helping me stay faithful by making small changes each week.
Oh yeah, and I've lost 2 pounds!!
